TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLIENT


1.We don’t do any dismantling, wrapping and packing services. We just load and unload the items.

2. We don’t do waste removals.

3. All big items must be dismantled and ready to go, when we are in pick up place.

4. Everything must be pack ready packed and dismantled. and loaded in 1hr and unloaded in 1hr if

there are more items and takes a lot more time, will have to be additional charge to pay.

5. If there are stairs or lift additional charge will be applied (if not mentioned to us before)

6. If there is Items which is not in list, we can leave them behind as drivers have to take only what’s

in order, so if its bigger removal just need correct information for this. Any information about items

which is not Gona be mentioned will charge additional charge or left them behind.

7. Make sure all items can be moved out through the door as if we can’t get items out, we will leave

them behind.

8. If you cancel job need to cancel 24 hrs before booked if not, we take 70% of charge from money

paid in.

9. If you get invoice, that must be paid 24hr before booking time, if not the booking will be

cancelled.

10. If there is emergency moving needed in next couple hrs warn the client will need to pay extra

charge.

11. We don’t do waiting on packing, we load, and we go. All waiting time will be with additional

charge on packing. Also, you must be in place when we come, if driver have to wait on you he have

rights to left the pickup point (otherwise you will pay additional charge to keep driver to wait (2 man

team £100hr and 1 man team £50) Also if need more time for team to work same charges will have

to pay. Every extra hour.

12. All glass items or items which is fragile must be securely packed by yourself.


Dear Colum:

Can you please double check the address, phone number, time and date, email address when

payment is done with client. And please if you do any changes about client in CRM than please let

me know as I can’t see. If the job is moved out of booking let me know all changes, please. Check

please if there is lift or stairs in both addresses and apply additional charge for. We don’t work in

Wales.

Can you please check large items, they need to measure so the correct size van can be chosen. Frige

freezer is that 2 door or one door, and is it large or small, are we allowed to put down laying position


as if its long and can’t be down laying we need large van. Make sure all big items have size needed

for van. If there is long items or big items measurements needed.
